One of the fund's greatest advantages is that it allows for the implementation of various investment strategies within a single fund, and the strategy can be adjusted as needed based on market conditions.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Professional Management<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>The Special Fund is managed by Has Portf\u00f6y's experienced and expert portfolio management team.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Security<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>In the establishment of a Private Fund, it is not mandatory to disclose the names of the fund's investors to the public; merely notifying the CMB at the establishment stage is sufficient.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Liquidity<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Special fund participation shares can be converted into cash provided they are returned to the fund in the required quantity within the notice periods specified in the fund prospectus. Requests received are converted into cash by Has Portf\u00f6y on a best efforts basis.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>Tax (General)<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>All income obtained from Special Funds (without filing a tax return) is taxed with a withholding tax at source of 0-10% depending on the fund type.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>How Are Special Funds Taxed?<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Taxation on investment funds is deducted at the source through withholding tax. Therefore, no additions will be made to the income tax base through the declaration of investment fund income.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Investment fund withholding tax is deducted immediately upon the liquidation of fund shares. Therefore, as long as no fund shares are sold after the fund is entered, the accumulated withholding tax can be deferred, creating the opportunity to generate significant funding income.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><strong>How to set up a Special Fund?<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Has Portfolio will apply to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for permission to establish a private investment fund under the umbrella fund platform. Once approved, Has Portfolio will become the fund's founder and manager. The fund's launch (application and CMB approval) may take approximately two months. The fund will be regulated by the CMB.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>The Special Fund (For example; Has Portf\u00f6y Management Inc. \u2026 Fund) will be established as a Variable Fund or Free Fund and will invest flexibly in different asset classes, thus not being subject to asset\/sector restrictions.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Denizbank A.\u015e. will be the official custodian and fund servicing unit of the fund.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Fund participation shares belonging to the special fund will be kept in custody accounts opened in the participants\u2019 names by Has
