  • Announcement of the Effective Date of Custodian Institution Change

    Pursuant to the permission granted by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB) under decision number E-12233903-305.04-80140, dated October 24, 2025, the custodian institution of the funds established by Has Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. has been changed from Denizbank A.Ş. to Misyon Yatırım Bankası A.Ş.

    The amendment texts of the Articles of Association and Prospectuses, as well as the updated versions of these documents, were published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on the same date.

    The changes will take effect as of December 1, 2025.
